Upcoming Deadline for Fall 2025

Prospective students are encouraged to finalize their applications by the final deadline on March 1, 2025, to join the Spring cohort starting in April 2025.

Why should you apply by the priority deadline?

What is the benefit of applying by the priority deadline?

Applying by the priority deadline increases the likelihood of securing a spot in our online Patient Care Technician program. Due to the limited number of apprenticeships available, late applicants might not be able to enroll even if they meet all other requirements.

Applications submitted after the priority deadline will be considered; however, admission will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Given the high demand for this program, we encourage potential students to apply as early as possible.

Applying by the priority deadline makes you eligible to apply for our financial aid programs. The earlier you apply, the more aid we are able to offer. We, however, encourage all applicants to explore their own options for financial aid as well.

There is no difference in the curriculum; however, applying early allows you a longer duration to familiarize yourself with the online interface, understand the structure of assignments and prepare for the intensity of the labs. It also provides you a head start in interaction with faculty and students.
